 Interactive Questions
 Q: What is a kiosk?
A: A kiosk is an electronic device that provides information, is interactive in nature and allows for input.
Q: How long does it take to produce an interactive kiosk?
A: Each kiosk is designed to match your exact specifications. As with all projects, we work on each project from initial design through shipping production units. The length of each kiosk program varies due to design, components, integration, etc. We work with each client to set up a detailed timeframe for all steps of a kiosk program.
Q: What happens if the kiosk stops running?
A: Generally, a maintenance and service agreement is purchased ahead of time to plan for the unlikely event that a kiosk will fail. These contracts can be custom tailored to your requirements and are priced accordingly. Typically, a toll free customer service telephone number, a spare parts depot, and next business day on site service are part of the service agreement.
 Q: Do you provide hardware/software?
A: Yes, we can provide you with your hardware and software needs.
Q: Who do I contact regarding a kiosk program?
A: You can contact us with your program at info@frankmayer.com
Q: Can I purchase one kiosk?
A: One kiosk could be produced, however, we are a custom kiosk producer and one unit may not be a cost-effective solution. If you have a single unit you would like us to quote on we would be happy to review your program and make recommendations.
Q: Do you sell stock kiosks?
A: We do not have stock kiosks for sale, but can review your program to see if we may be able to recommend a solution.
