Strategy
BMW of North America gave Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. the challenge to provide the ultimate portable
automotive interactive solution to promote the launch of the
BMW X3. The innovative design of the kiosk was key, as
it was required that the kiosk fold down and fit easily into
the back of an X3. The graphic panels on the front of the display
are changeable and allow this interactive retail solution
to be used for various events.
Results
The BMW Wireless kiosk is recognized as one of the most versatile interactive
automotive solutions to date. Over 200 kiosks have been placed in a variety
of retail locations and used for various events. More than 50
percent of the sales generated from the kiosks came
from customers new to the BMW Brand.
